Although Mari Leavitt serves as a Washington State Representative for the 28th Legislative District, this website is a campaign communications site. It is not the official website of the Washington State House of Representatives, the House Democratic Caucus, or any state agency. Materials on this Site—including news posts about legislation on veterans’ issues, education, workforce development, housing, election-worker safety, extreme weather protections, and related topics—are published for campaign and public-information purposes. Statements may reflect the candidate’s or officeholder’s positions and may constitute political advertising paid for by Friends of Mari Leavitt (D).
